I have had Le Creuset pans for more than 25 years. Until I saw this at an outlet store, I didn't know about it. It works very well--better than anything I ever tried. And I have the white pots.
For those who don't know, there is a 101-year warranty on ALL Le Creuset. You pay a ton to mail the damaged pots and pans back, but you receive brand-new ones at no other charge.
So if they are stained, dented or otherwise damaged, check this out.

Pan incredibly marred by user so it will take a few more treatments to bring it back to the original, flawless, appearance.

Had some really ugly looking stains. Used a dab of cleaner and they were totally gone. I had read this product didn't work well - but did job for me. Very happy camper!Le Creuset 12-Ounce Enameled Cast-Iron Cleaner

I got a new Le Creuset for my birthday and promptly started using it. When I made the infamous No-Knead bread by Mark Bittman and Jim Leahy (see NY Times), it left some brown residue on the bottom that regular dish soap and a plastic brush would not remove. This cleaner promptly took care of the stains. The cleaner itself is milky, meaning it is probably a colloid. It smells slightly of bleach and it is slightly gritty. This leads me to believe it is a bleach-based cleaner with a microabrasive. There are probably alternative cleaners that would do the same job, but I was afraid of ruining my new toy. This keeps me in the clear warranty-wise and keeps my new Le Creuset shiny and clean.

This product works like a charm. I got it when I purchased my first Le Creuset and found that it easily took off stains that normal dish soap could not. I also tried a cleaner I have for my stainless steel pots but this did work. It has a lightly abrasive quality to it (a bit gritty) that wipes new stains away. Unfortunately, this seems to be the catch. If you have stains that have been on your pots for years or even months this product will not work. Unfortunately I am out of the product now and have had to wash my Le Creuset pots without this solution and have not been able to get off stains that the cleaner would have taken away without problem. However, by the time I get my new order of cleaner in the stains will be old so I'm going to try the bleach solution recommended by other posters.
However, when it comes to fresh stains that cannot be removed by standard dish soap this product cannot be beat. I just wish I hadn't run out so I could use it right now!
As an update, I tried the bleach method and it did not work. I also couldn't find it anywhere on the Le Creuset site although I did see the Cast-Iron Cleaner mentioned. Perhaps they changed their recommendation. I'm going to continue using this product because as of right now, I have found nothing that works better.
