I wanted this cast iron pan for some easy grilling indoors (I live in an apartment). I saw it on goldbox deals and bought it about a year ago. Every time I have used it, I have been able to achieve excellent grill marks on my meats. So far I have used it in the oven for steak (it makes a lot of smoke that my fire alarm can't tolerate), and stove-top (electric) for shrimp, chicken and steak. Everything turns out perfectly every time. It also looks great in my kitchen. It's heavy for me (I have no strength), so it's difficult to pick up quickly for me to toss in the oven to finish it off. But that's just a small hassle. Overall, I love this product!



(edit: my only minor complaint is that when food gets stuck on it/chars, it's hard to get off off because of the indentations)
