I was so excited to get this product... I love le creuset and this is a typical beauty. I ordered it from Amazon and it arrived in pieces. I called customer service to have a replacement sent to me. The replacement was in pieces... even more than the original. The whole problem is that the geniuses at Amazon put it loosely at the bottom of a huge box and put a few of the air pillows on top. It moves all over the box. So now, I really want it and they will not send me another replacement even though it is totally their fault. I have not been credited for the money I paid on it either. My thoughts of amazon have gone way down. This really is a pretty product if you can get it from someone who will not break it. Shame.
